Book what you already book
Head spa, massage, a facial, a scrub — the flyer's words are “enjoy your favorite massage and head spa treatments”, and that is the whole qualification. There is nothing to sign up for and no card to carry.

Come in five times
The count is the entire rule. Ask the front desk to check where you are the next time you are in; they hold that number, this page does not.

Then a half hour is on us
A 30-minute service, free. Spend it on something you would not normally add to a booking — that is what the offer is for.

One offer at a time.
Cannot be combined
The Rewards Special cannot be used together with another discount, promotion, coupon or package deal. Holding something else as well? Say so at the desk before you pay, and we will work out which one leaves you better off that day.
Everything else about it lives at the front desk, on purpose. How a visit is counted, whether a count expires, when the offer itself ends, which 30-minute line the reward covers, whether it can be handed to somebody else — none of those is written down here, because none of them has been confirmed, and a rule invented on a web page is a rule the studio has to honour at the till a year later.

What thirty minutes is worth here.
Three lines on the menu run 30 minutes and can be booked on their own. Which one a reward covers is the desk's answer, not this page's — the table is here so you know the shape of what you are collecting.

Two more half-hour treatments sit on the add-on shelf — the foot scrub and the hand-and-arms scrub — which are attached to a booking rather than reserved on their own.
Worth saying plainly
Massage and scalp care may help with relaxation and everyday muscle tension. None of it is medical treatment, and nothing here substitutes for medical care — NCCIH's overview of massage therapy is straight about where the evidence is thin and who should check with a clinician first. How does the Rewards Special work?
Visit Pacific Massage & Head Spa five times and receive a free 30-minute service. That is the offer in full, and it is the same thing printed on the flyer at the studio. Nothing has to be signed up for, and the desk can tell you where your count stands.

Can I combine it with another discount or promotion?
No — one offer at a time. The Rewards Special cannot be used together with another discount, promotion, coupon or package deal. If you are holding something else and are not sure which is the better value on the day, ask at the desk before you pay and we will work it out with you.

How do you count my visits?
Ask at the desk, or call (425) 497-9700. This page does not publish a counting rule, an expiry or an end date, for the same reason the booking policy publishes no cancellation window: nobody has confirmed one, and a number invented here is a number the studio would then have to honour. The desk has the current answer in ten seconds.

Which 30-minute service does the reward cover?
Settle that at the desk when you are close, because the answer is theirs to give rather than this page's. For context, the menu carries three 30-minute lines you can book on their own — the $50 Back Massage, the $60 Scrub, and Massage + Cupping at $70 — plus two 30-minute scrubs filed under add-ons.

Do I have to book online to take part?
No. Call (425) 497-9700, reserve through Fresha, or walk in when a licensed massage therapist and a room are free — every one of them is a visit. The studio is open every day from 10 AM to 10 PM at 15220 NE Shen St, Suite 190, Redmond, WA 98052, and parking is free in the garage under the block once the desk validates your ticket.
